On 5-4-25, the Washington Post penned an article about the comments judges are making about the competiency of lawyers representing suits brought at the federal level for actions seeking relief from Presidential Executive Orders, and on that date the Enlightened Prisoner responded thus:

Hear the words of the Federal judiciary about the incompetence of the Trump administrations legal represententives performance:

“I expect more from the government than this kind of very shoddy work,”

“This court takes clear offense to respondents wasting judicial resources.”

“This exchange does not reflect the diligence the Court expects from any litigant,” let alone the United States Department of Justice.”

“Defendants (the government) have failed to respond in good faith, and their refusal to do so can only be viewed as willful and intentional noncompliance,”

“a shocking abuse of power.”

Howell (the Judge) criticized those remarks (in a guidance memo to federal agencies from Attorney General Pam Bondi & Director for Office of Management & Budget Russell Vought) as a temper tantrum from top officials and said they were “worthy of a 3-year-old.”
