On 10-5-26, the Washington Post penned an Opinion that: "This Supreme Court case is much bigger than oil and gas", and on that date the Enlightened Prisoner responded thus:
The oil companies didn't invent the product, nature did. Companies just mine and process it in a way that affects the structure of our environment. Doesn't that entail a responsibility? Are their profits derived from a natural product used in a responsible way to benefit us and our environment, or to reward their business plan? Is SCOTUS obligated to protect the people's environment or the business plan?
